EIHC is seeking a full-time and part-time Safety Coordinator dedicated to serving the needs of our community.SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, hours vary between 7:00 am to 7:30 pmCOMPENSATION: $20.80-$34.32 hourly depending on experienceEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromote and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff across all EIHC facilities by proactively identifying and addressing safety concerns, supporting security measures, and utilizing compassionate, trauma-informed de-escalation techniques that prioritize dignity, respect, and the well-being of all individuals.Greet patients and visitors. Assist with navigating between buildings and locations on campus when needed.Monitor the safety and security of interior and exterior areas, including regular patrols of buildings, entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding grounds.
