M&A experience is at the center of this role: from due diligence to integration to resetting culture, and making critical decisions on people strategy and compensation. Here, your ability to inspire, adapt, and deliver will define success — both for you and for the business.If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, love building scalable yet human-centered frameworks, and want to be part of a high-growth, customer-obsessed business, this is the role for you.ResponsibilitiesLead all people aspects of M&A: run HR due diligence, evaluate talent risks and opportunities, design compensation and retention strategies, and execute seamless integration that blends cultures and sustains performanceDrive and sustain a remote-first culture, ensuring employees across geographies are engaged, accountable, and high-performingChampion a performance-based culture: design systems to measure, top-grade, and continually improve individual, team, and organizational performancePartner with the CEO and executive team to shape company direction through people strategiesAct as a trusted sounding board, offering candid feedback and solutions to complex business and talent challengesAssess and implement systems to measure and improve performance at individual, team, and company levelsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure talent strategies enable each function's successDrive Learning & Development best practices in all areas, including but not limited to leadership, productivity, soft skills, & complianceManage Benefits Administration: medical, dental, vision, 401k, STD, LTD, etcManage employment law compliance for US and international W2s & 1099sBring strong financial acumen to link people strategies with P&L, profitability, and valuationRequirementsBachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred15+ years of total experience in Human Resources8-10 years in a leadership role, currently serving as a Director, VP, or C-LevelProven track record leading M&A in an HR executive capacity — having owned due diligence, integration, people strategy, compensation, and culture reset for acquired companies.
