Summary Provide technical support to customers and end-users of our products. This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on training in product diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and customer support. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career in technical service and electronics repair. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose, test, troubleshoot, and perform bench repairs on returned products. Assist customers with the operation and troubleshooting of products. Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide technical support and assistance. Process customer orders, parts requests, service records, and work orders. Enter information into company systems, bill completed work, and maintain service logs and departmental records. Calibrate, clean, inspect, and prepare products for return to customers. Participate in ongoing technical training to develop product knowledge and repair skills. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and Skills Associate degree in Electronics or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is a plus. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior professional repair experience is not required. Interest in electronics, mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work. Ability and willingness to learn how to read and interpret schematics. Ability and willingness to learn the use of test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools. Basic soldering experience or willingness to learn. General computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry in an ERP or business system. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and eagerness to learn. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and product-specific instruction, employees will develop the skills necessary to become highly skilled technicians capable of diagnosing, repairing, and supporting a wide range of products.
