Experienced Restaurant Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our fast-paced, high-energy team.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure, excels at multitasking, and understands how to balance exceptional guest service with efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing front-of-house operations and team performance
Creating and maintaining FOH staff schedules
Ordering inventory and managing vendor relationships
Ensuring excellent guest experiences and service standards
Training, coaching, and motivating staff
Assisting with daily operations and problem-solving in real time
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with scheduling and labor management
Knowledge of ordering, inventory control, and restaurant systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
