Job Details Supervisor, Revenue Cycle Education & Performance Improvement – Direct liaison between educators and Revenue Cycle Education and Process Improvement management. Oversees and provides direction to the education and process improvement team to ensure all educational initiatives and process improvement projects are completed on time, complete, and standardized. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and overall departmental operations. Serve as the primary liaison between educators and Revenue Cycle Education (RCE) management, ensuring initiatives and goals are met efficiently. Mentor and support team members, providing growth opportunities and serving as a knowledge expert. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance, revenue cycle processes, electronic medical records, and educational software. Monitor, track, and audit team productivity, and deliver performance reviews of direct reports. Assist in initiating and executing process improvement projects and educational initiatives across the revenue cycle. Work closely with all levels of management to align training and system security. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. At least 5 years of operational knowledge in patient financial services, registration, training, or healthcare industry insurance. Must attend and pass DOE and LVHN Revenue Cycle Training within 6 months of hire. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), EMR systems, educational software, and related applications. Strong leadership skills, effective decision‑making, and delegation capabilities. Ability to work under frequent interruptions, meet deadlines, and thrive in rapidly changing environments. Knowledge of workflow analysis, lean methodologies, and process improvement techniques. Physical ability to lift 25 lbs, sit/stand frequently, and use a keyboard; remote or on‑site training modules applicable. Preferred Minimum 2 years of direct education/training and presentation experience. Experience with educational systems, webpage building, and current EMR platforms. EPIC certification within 1 year of hire.
