Itaú USA is seeking a senior tax leader to own U.S. federal and state tax for its foreign banking operations, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Head Office.
In this high-ownership in-house position you will manage external advisors, oversee ASC 740, and provide advisory support across affiliated entities.
You will ensure tax compliance, reporting, and planning across the organization.
