Hoffmann Center is a nonprofit Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). We provide treatment to adolescent males (11-17 years) with complex mental health conditions. PRTF's are more intensive than other services, such as residential treatment or day treatment, but less medically intensive than a psychiatric hospital. Every client has an individualized plan of care based on all aspects of the individual's situation. Hoffmann Center is seeking a full time Human Resources Specialist to join the team. This position is responsible for performing and assisting with HR related duties on a professional level in the areas of payroll management, recruitment and new hire process, employee relations, and benefits administration. Starting Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience Responsibilities: Conduct employee recruitment process including writing and placing recruitment ads. Coordinate and assist with the orientation process for all new employees Assist with benefit administration Maintain personnel records and knowledge of online payroll/timekeeping database Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations including FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, and labor laws Attend job fairs as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources Ability to relate to clients, co-workers, and the public. #J-18808-Ljbffr Leo A Hoffmann Center Inc.
