About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and External Engagement Lead for its Education team. The successful candidate will be a strategic advisor, partnering with the VP to develop and execute the team's strategic goals and objectives. This role is pivotal in aligning internal priorities with external engagement strategies, anticipating and proactively solving organizational problems, and facilitating open communication across the leadership team and with key external stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive stakeholder intelligence strategy, engaging with influencers, policymakers, and decision-makers in the education ecosystem, and driving high-impact strategic partnerships. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 15 years in management consulting, product management, strategy, or analytics within a technology company. A strong background in data analysis, and experience in managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or MBA, and a proven track record in leading senior external stakeholder relationships, particularly in the technology, education, or public policy sectors. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are required, as is the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. The role demands a leader who can work effectively across organizational lines, and who is passionate about driving a positive impact in the education sector.
