About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in realizing its ambitious vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and managing key systems, projects, and partnerships that align with the organization's goals. This generalist role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading high-impact initiatives, particularly in the areas of fundraising and growth strategy. The Chief of Staff will also be the primary liaison for external relations, representing the company to high-stakes partners, donors, and stakeholders. Business operations, including running the organization's operating rhythm and supporting critical work across HR, legal, and finance, are also key components of the position. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have at least 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a background that includes taking initiatives from conception to early traction. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment of high ambiguity, be adept at problem-solving, and have a strong ability to communicate and build trusted relationships. A high-output, high-quality work ethic, and a strong ownership mentality are essential. While not mandatory, experience in fundraising, development, or mission-driven organizations, particularly in the education or ed-tech sector, is a plus.
