As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the co-founders, helping drive strategic initiatives and build the operational foundations that will support the company's next stage of growth. What You'll Be Doing: Partner with the founders to help drive strategic priorities and ensure key initiatives are delivered. Work across multiple functions, supporting projects spanning operations, finance, people, hiring, and wider business initiatives. Build and improve internal processes that help the business operate more effectively as it continues to grow. Coordinate high-priority projects, bringing together stakeholders from across the company and keeping workstreams moving forward. Support planning, reporting, budgeting, and operational decision-making alongside the leadership team. Help create scalable internal systems that improve communication, accountability, and execution across the organisation. Identify operational challenges before they become problems and implement practical solutions. What They're Looking For: 3-8 years of experience in a highly analytical or operational environment, such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy & Operations, People Operations, Finance, or a high-growth technology company. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams while balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively. Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions. Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership in fast-moving environments. Curious, adaptable, and motivated by the opportunity to help build a growing business.
