Build and maintain systems, processes, and tracking tools that improve coordination, accountability, and long-term operational capacity across the office and its growing portfolio of work. Create an effective and collaborative work environment that supports innovation and excellence while centering community voice. Embed DEI and racial equity practices and tools into the everyday functioning of the Commission. Other duties as assigned.
