That's the problem you solve. What we need A Chief of Staff to take the highest-priority operational and strategic work off my plate and run it to done. This is an operating role, not an admin one. You'll take fully formed priorities and carry them across the line: the client workstream that stalled, the partnership that needs closing, the board deck that needs building, the initiative that has no owner yet. You bring the structure and the follow-through, two steps ahead, understanding its about outcomes, not output. The people who win here extend a founder, and hopefully, one day you’ll replace one. What You'll Do Whatever is needed. Every day is different, that’s startup life. Every day is a challenge, that’s what’s exciting. Bring ideas, operational excellence, tight project management and organization, and a will that says it’s not until it’s done. You learn fast. Test things. Build agents in AI, dashboards in lovable, route API keys from engineers so data insights become actionable decisions. Take notes, lead the teams, make sure deliverables are hit, timelines are made, and whats been discussed is clearly communicated and managed by all those involved. I give the strategy, you’re job is to help steer. Your social native. You get what build in public means. You understand content, culture and have voice on X, aren’t afraid to share on IG, and people follow you on LinkedIn. You enjoy sharing what you see, and are eager to help your next brand supplant its name in the conversation your friends are having. What You've Got The scars of actually operating inside a high-growth startup. We care about your track record of owning hard things more than your exact years, but most strong candidates land around 3 to 6. Understanding of building products, having worked between product, engineering, sales, marketing. You enjoy sitting in the middle and watching the engine operate efficiently. You take ambiguous, half-formed problems and drive them to a complete outcome without hand-holding. You understand creators, culture, and marketing. Half of what we do lives there — you treat relationships like partnerships, not transactions. AI native. If you're using ChatGPT to write copy, this isn’t for you. You build tools and agents that automate the manual work and make a team of 10 run like 100. Founder mode: high autonomy, high accountability, low ego.
