Job Description
Are you an experienced electronics assembler ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Production Lead to support daily operations in a growing electronics manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong assembly experience who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and taking on more responsibility.Manchester, NH $25.00-$30.00/hr DOE Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Direct Hire
What You'll Do:
- Perform hands-on electronics assembly, testing, and machine operation
- Support and guide production team members throughout the day
- Help coordinate workflow to keep production on schedule
- Review work instructions and production paperwork
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Train and mentor new team members
- Communicate updates and concerns with supervisors
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- 2+ years of electronics, electromechanical assembly, or manufacturing experience
- Leadership Experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on production skills
- Interest in growing into a leadership role
- Experience training or assisting coworkers is a plus
- IPC certification or technical training is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
