Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab | Barre, VT Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN to provide rehabilitation services for our skilled nursing facility in Barre, VT. The Occupational Therapist evaluates residents, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides occupational therapy services designed to maximize independence, functional abilities, and quality of life.
