Role: Occupational Therapist Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based evaluations and interventions to promote patients' functional independence in inpatient and outpatient settings. Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers to ensure comprehensive treatment. Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Relevant licensure or certification in occupational therapy. Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team. Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
