Digital Product Marketing Manager

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Division: Irvine Company Community Development (IC Position Summary: Drive analysis and lead product development of digital applications and lead generation integrations. Work closely with a cross-functional team of marketing and technology to define scope and then lead efforts to implement major projects as well as day to day tactical decisions. The Digital Product Marketing Manager also plays a key role in the analytics of digital marketing lead generation channels and CRM system. They will provide high level thought leadership supporting the delivery of digital solutions for Irvine Company Community Development division. Analyze CRM data trends, identifying opportunities for optimizing digital strategies and/or systems issues. Responsibilities include discovery, requirements definition and team buy-in for new projects, working with a wide range of project stakeholders. Lead all phases of product development, tracking and testing projects in order to identify potential problem areas, and make the appropriate adjustments. Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business and systems issues. Partner with division executives to understand goals and then define and implement digital solutions that align with those goals. Provide current statuses and communicate with senior management and leadership. Maintain contemporary knowledge of industry trends, concepts, and techniques. Manage vendor relationships in the development process of an application. Review and recommend technologies that improve the division communications process to our customers and improve customer retention. Seek and pursue technology synergies between various company divisions and departments. Solve complex business problems that have value to the organization. Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations: Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management tracking systems. 3-5 years of working experience in digital marketing and analysis. Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM system, specifically reporting and analysis of lead generation channels. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. A motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Ability to work in fast-paced team environment and flexibility to accommodate demanding project schedules. Experience within paid media management systems such as Google Adwords, Microsoft Bing, Facebook Ads Manager is a plus. Experience within call and click tracking systems such as Marchex and Google Tag Manager is a plus. Experience in the real estate vertical is a plus.
