Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, spanning 5,000 square feet, is designed with the latest in sports medicine technology. Our practice primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, allowing us to offer comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.

Work Environment

This full-time position offers a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. You will be working on-site Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing crucial support to our patients as they navigate their rehabilitation journeys. Our team currently includes two other physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, promoting a supportive atmosphere where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are encouraged. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Flexibility First, your responsibilities will include:

• Listening to and understanding the individual objectives and needs of each patient to craft tailored care plans.
• Managing a schedule that allows for one-on-one therapy, ensuring quality attention for each patient.
• Utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques to assess and enhance client mobility, balance, and overall physical functionality.
• Implementing and promoting non-surgical interventions and cost-effective therapies that prioritize patient well-being.
• Designing individualized fitness and wellness programs that align with the specific health goals of each client.
• Motivating and supporting patients throughout their treatment process, instilling confidence and an active approach to their recovery.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of patient treatment sessions, progress evaluations, and outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies that optimize patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient demographic consists of individuals seeking rehabilitation for various physical impairments, particularly those recovering from orthopedic issues. We focus on uplifting our patients' experiences by providing empathetic care that acknowledges their unique circumstances and promotes well-being through tailored exercise and therapy. Our facility is designed to cater to a diverse range of patients, from athletes seeking to recover from injuries to older adults wishing to improve their daily functionality.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in California, with a clean record free of board or disciplinary actions.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement comprehensive exercise programs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, such as WebPT, to ensure seamless documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• A minimum of two years of prior experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• A demonstrated history of applying evidence-based practices in treatment.
• A strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits
