Work Environment

This position is fully onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluate physical abilities to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Deliver post-surgical rehabilitation programs while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate and communicate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, body mechanics, and home exercise regimens to support ongoing recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans to comply with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients experiencing a variety of orthopedic conditions, including sports-related injuries, rehabilitation for joint replacements, and recovery from fracture surgeries. Our patient demographic includes a broad age range—from active adolescents to older adults seeking mobility restoration. Understanding each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals is essential to delivering effective care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license for the state of California.
• CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with documentation requirements in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary care team.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, offering a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
