Work Environment

This position is rooted in an onsite outpatient office, where you will work alongside a close-knit team comprising two fellow physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, typically seeing one patient per hour, allowing for focused and personalized care.
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to optimize patients' recovery.
• Develop and deliver customized fitness and wellness programs, focusing on enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their treatment, encouraging active participation in their recovery journey.
• Regularly reassess treatments, document progress meticulously in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, and maintain open lines of communication with patients about their treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively and improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and promote a proactive approach to health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus lies in rehabilitating patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We are committed to providing personalized care tailored to the individual goals of our patients, ensuring they receive the support necessary to achieve their highest functional potential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current California licensure as a Physical Therapist without any disciplinary actions.
• Proven knowledge and expertise in manual therapy techniques.
• Strong skills in designing and implementing effective exercise regimens to meet diverse patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software such as WebPT for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated history of utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve successful patient outcomes.
• Experience working with a wide range of patient demographics, including athletes and post-operative patients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
