Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one patient care, focusing on orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and neurologic rehabilitation.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's functional goals.
• Utilize modern therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and maintain high-quality standards.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies to enhance long-term outcomes.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship opportunities, and internal continuing education to stay current in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits
