Work Environment

Operating onsite in our modern outpatient office setting located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, you will find yourself in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. The facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and resources necessary for providing exemplary care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand the unique needs and objectives of each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that foster recovery and rehabilitation.
• Maintain a structured patient load of one client per hour, allowing for focused attention and care.
• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance mobility and strengthen patients' physical capabilities.
• Educate patients on non-surgical alternatives and lifestyle modifications to minimize reliance on pharmaceuticals.
• Utilize a blend of manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they remain engaged and committed to their rehabilitation plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment provided to comply with organizational policies and standards.
• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Regularly evaluate patients' outcomes, monitor progress, and adjust treatment methodologies as necessary for best results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. In this role, you will focus on enhancing their mobility and functional capabilities, all while delivering care in a empathetic and supportive manner that prioritizes patient comfort and confidence throughout their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions associated with your professional license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Strong competency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, showcasing a robust clinical background and skillset.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Experience working in a high-demand environment with a focus on patient engagement and positive outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year , dependent on experience and qualifications.
