Our growing team includes experienced physical therapists and a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), all working collaboratively to deliver personalized care based on individual patient needs.

Work Environment

The position is onsite in an outpatient office setting, where you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our facility integrates modern technology and an inviting atmosphere conducive to healing. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the unique needs of each patient to create tailored treatment plans that promote healing and functional recovery.
• Manage a patient load effectively, conducting sessions with approximately one patient per hour, ensuring ample time for personalized intervention.
• Utilize diverse treatment techniques and evidence-based interventions to enhance patient mobility and reduce the need for surgical interventions or medications.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that align with best practices in physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Integrate fitness and wellness programs into treatment plans, adapting them to individual patient objectives.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and response to therapy.
• Document all patient interactions, evaluations, treatment provided, and ongoing progress in accordance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members, sharing insights and recommendations to enrich patient care practices.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery journey, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Promote health and wellness initiatives by teaching patients about the importance of strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be adult patients seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic issues, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. By providing personalized and compassionate care, you will play a vital role in transforming their treatment experience and optimizing their recovery trajectories.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Clear professional record with no recorded disciplinary actions against the license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based treatment practices.
• Strong ability to create and implement effective exercise regimens tailored to individual patients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software platforms such as WebPT is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, highlighting exposure to a similar patient demographic and treatment scenarios.
• Demonstrated expertise in interdisciplinary collaboration, showcasing the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in developing targeted wellness programs will be beneficial to enhance overall patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
