Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients through a variety of diagnostic tests including range of motion, neurological evaluations, and functional assessments to accurately determine degree of impairment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the patients' goals and recommendations from referring physicians, dynamically adjusting them based on patient progress and feedback.
• Administer direct patient care utilizing evidence-based physical therapy techniques, including manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat and ultrasound therapy.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on self-care techniques and home exercise programs to reinforce therapy objectives and promote ongoing recovery.
• Provide consultation to physicians and multidisciplinary teams regarding patient progress, rehabilitation goals, and appropriate adaptive equipment.
• Oversee the activities of support personnel, delegating tasks and ensuring that all patient care services provided are of the highest quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.

• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and individualized exercise program development.
• Clean record free of board actions or disciplinary measures regarding licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
