Our facility spans an impressive 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced sports medicine technologies. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, ensuring they receive tailored rehabilitation strategies designed to meet their individual needs. Our team consists of three dedicated physical therapists and skilled assistants who collaborate closely to provide exceptional care.

Work Environment

Located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, our clinic operates in an onsite rehabilitation facility that fosters a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. Our facility is designed to promote patient safety and comfort, offering modern treatment rooms and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, making it an optimal environment for therapists to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively assess and identify the goals and needs of each patient, creating personalized treatment plans to guide their rehabilitation journey.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and quality care that addresses their specific circumstances and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver cost-effective treatment strategies that significantly improve clients' mobility and overall function.
• Explore and implement innovative non-surgical treatments to reduce reliance on medications while maximizing pain management and recovery.
• Design and execute comprehensive care plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities and exercise programs customized to each patient's needs.
• Provide strong motivation and support to patients throughout their therapy sessions, aiming to encourage optimal functional outcomes.
• Foster collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate patient progress regularly, documenting services provided, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic patients seeking rehabilitation for musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery. Qualifications

• Minnimum of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in California with no disciplinary actions or board actions recorded.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
• Exceptional skills in designing and implementing individualized exercise programs, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
• Competence in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, including WebPT, to efficiently manage patient documentation and progress tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, with a track record of successfully guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys.
• Experience working in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques or modalities will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, coupled with comprehensive benefits that may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan options, and ongoing professional development support.
