Work Environment

Our Los Angeles facility features state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages healing and rehabilitation. As an onsite member of our team, you'll work closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and rehabilitation aides, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes. Your typical work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs and goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using a range of evidence-based modalities, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and ensure compliance with office standards by completing detailed notes in a timely manner.
• Empower patients by fostering engagement through motivational communication, educating them on their conditions, and guiding them through their rehabilitation process.
• Regularly reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and functional improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily includes individuals with orthopedic conditions, such as post-operative patients, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse age groups, from young athletes to active seniors, allowing you to leverage your skills to improve their functional abilities and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active California Physical Therapist license with no disciplinary actions.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, along with experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems (preferably WebPT).

Preferred Experience

We are especially interested in candidates who have advanced training in specific therapeutic techniques or possess additional certifications in areas like sports performance, geriatrics, or pain management. Experience working in an outpatient setting with a strong emphasis on patient education and engagement will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
