Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon intake to establish individual goals and treatment plans.
• Manage a maximum caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and high-quality care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adapting techniques as necessary to meet patient needs.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies to enhance recovery.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and overall mobility.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress thoroughly to maintain compliance and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care through shared insights and strategies.
• Involve patients in their rehabilitation journey, motivating them while reinforcing the benefits of adherence to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients suffering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recoveries, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your role will be crucial in helping these individuals regain functional independence and improve their overall physical capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record free from board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques as well as developing structured exercise protocols for therapy.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly valued.
• Strong background in utilizing contemporary therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation strategies.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000. Additional benefits include:
