Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and set personalized treatment goals in partnership with the patient.
• Manage an efficient caseload, averaging one patient per hour, ensuring dedicated attention to each individual's needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Design and implement customized care plans that include evidence-based exercises and rehabilitation strategies to optimize mobility.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them progress towards their functional goals.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, promoting healthy lifestyle choices that support long-term wellness.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment efficacy, and ongoing assessments using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, particularly WebPT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and adjust treatment plans according to patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Conduct evaluations to monitor progress and reassess treatment effectiveness during follow-up visits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and postural misalignments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Strong capability to create and follow through on exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques.
• Experience in designing patient-centered care plans and wellness programs.

Compensation and Benefits
