Fore Front Ortho Care Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a key member of our orthopedic outpatient practice, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their motion, improve their functional abilities, and enhance their overall quality of life. Our clinic is designed with a state-of-the-art 5000 square feet sports medicine facility that enables us to provide top-tier care. Our multidisciplinary team currently consists of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, all committed to delivering exceptional treatment to our patients.

Work Environment

The work setting is onsite at our outpatient office located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, where we foster a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere. You will be working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. Our facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies and resources, allowing you to provide evidence-based interventions to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify individual patient needs, setting personalized goals to guide their rehabilitation journey.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, typically seeing one patient per hour to ensure focused, quality care.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment plans utilizing a combination of manual therapies and therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Develop customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's unique requirements and lifestyle.
• Engage patients actively during recovery, motivating them to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers for holistic patient care, ensuring integrated approaches to treatment.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes meticulously, complying with required standards.
• Continually assess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed to optimize patient recovery and health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, enabling us to treat a diverse clientele with a focus on orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A clean professional record, with no previous board actions or disciplinary measures against the license.
• Strong competence in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to develop and implement effective exercise protocols.
• Proficiency in using WebPT EMR software for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Physical Therapist specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Expertise in cost-effective treatment methodologies aimed at improving mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Previous experience developing and leading fitness and rehabilitation programs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
