Work Environment

This role is positioned within a welcoming and professional outpatient office setting, where you will be interacting directly with patients of varying ages and backgrounds. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing evidence-based assessment methodologies to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic treatments, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modalities to facilitate patient recovery and promote independence.
• Document clinical notes that adhere to office standards and comply with regulatory requirements, ensuring that patient progress is meticulously tracked.
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, home exercises, and methods to enhance recovery and engagement in their health journey.
• Foster a supportive relationship with patients, motivating them to remain compliant with their treatment plans and maintain an optimistic outlook towards their rehabilitation.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure efficient documentation and streamlined communication within the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic focuses primarily on orthopedic conditions, serving a diverse clientele that includes athletes with sports-related injuries, seniors recovering from surgeries, and individuals seeking rehabilitation after accidents. Our goal is to provide tailored, evidence-based care that restores functionality and improves overall health and fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting, demonstrating a commitment to hands-on patient care.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with EMR systems, with a preference for WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, particularly with a focus on manual therapy approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, showing flexibility and adaptability in patient care plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven record of enhancing patient communication and engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
