Work Environment

As a valued member of our team, you will work onsite within our outpatient clinic environment, ensuring a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a structured work schedule that promotes a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy interventions that address each patient's specific goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage and maintain a patient caseload that allows for focused, individualized care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic modalities to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatment options aimed at enhancing motion and mobility while reducing reliance on medications.
• Establish detailed care plans that incorporate evidence-based methods and diverse treatment techniques.
• Instrumental in motivating patients, providing emotional support and encouragement throughout their recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach that fosters comprehensive patient care.
• Regularly assess treatment progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and therapy sessions using EMR software.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be patients dealing with orthopedic conditions requiring rehabilitation, which may include sports injuries, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain management. You will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from athletes aiming to regain peak performance to older adults seeking to enhance their mobility and daily functioning.

Qualifications

• Must have earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of a current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• A solid track record of maintaining a clean license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Expertise in various manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to develop effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Proficient with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evolving physical therapy techniques supported by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive patient relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
