Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art facility, where you will work alongside a close-knit team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' recovery.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, ensuring one-on-one attention and dedicated time to provide personalized therapies.
• Educate patients about injury prevention, rehabilitation processes, and techniques to maintain long-term health and wellness.
• Monitor, document, and assess patients' progress throughout their treatment path, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize effective manual therapy techniques, strengthening exercises, and therapeutic modalities to increase mobility and support recovery.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Encourage and motivate patients during their rehabilitation journey, instilling confidence and promoting an active lifestyle.

The patients you will serve at Muscle Care Orthopedic Clinic primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse clientele ranges from athletes aiming to return to peak performance to older adults seeking to regain their mobility and independence. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against the license.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proficient in building and implementing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality care.
• Experience with developing wellness and fitness programs to enhance patient engagement during recovery.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

Muscle Care Orthopedic Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
