Work Environment

This position is onsite in Los Angeles, California, where you will work closely with two other dedicated physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address patients' goals and requirements effectively.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized care and attention.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment interventions that are cost-effective and improve clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Emphasize non-invasive treatment options to reduce reliance on medications and surgical procedures.
• Design comprehensive care plans incorporating various advanced treatment techniques and methodologies.
• Create individualized fitness and wellness programs that target each patient's specific needs, encouraging participation and motivation.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care using proven interventions that optimize patient functionality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our practice, you will primarily work with individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic conditions. These patients may be recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic pain conditions requiring expert attention to their physical needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid license as a Physical Therapist from California.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional record with no history of board or disciplinary sanctions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, essential for effective patient treatment.
• Exceptional competency in developing and implementing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is preferred, particularly familiarity with WebPT.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
