Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will be primarily based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Glendale, California. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Heal Motion Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations on clients, specifically focusing on pediatric populations.
• Crafting and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring alignment with their rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly reassessing clients to monitor clinical progress and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary based on data and observed outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation, including SOAP notes and progress reports, using our electronic health record system within designated timeframes.
• Educating patients and their families about the recovery process, providing insights and strategies to overcome challenges.
• Meeting established utilization goals and other business targets to support the overall efficiency of our practice.
• Engaging with other disciplines within Heal Motion Care for clients needing multidisciplinary interventions to ensure integrated care.
• Promoting the company's mission and core values while serving as a thought leader and ambassador for Heal Motion Care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of patients across different age groups, backgrounds, and conditions. This may include children recovering from sports injuries, adults dealing with post-operative rehabilitation, and seniors working to maintain mobility and independence. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
