About the Position

Are you an experienced Hematology/Oncology physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Iowa  might be the perfect fit for you!

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 4 days per week Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, weeknight and weekend call
• Job Setting:  Two locations, outpatient 95% and inpatient 5%
• Types of Cases: Medical Hematology/Oncology
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible   Hematology and Oncology preferred, will consider candidates Board Certified in Oncology with Hem/Onc experience willing to see Hematology patients
• Fellowship Trained in Hematology and Oncology
• Licensure: Active Iowa license or Active IMLC with LOQ in hand

Additional Requirements

• Provider must be willing to work at both MercyOne Des Moines and MercyOne West Des Moines (note at time of name clear)
• Provider must list available coverage dates at time of name clear
• Clean Malpractice/Background required
• NPDB Self-Query Report pulled within 30 days required at time of presentation
• Malpractice: Included in rates
