Accounting Analyst

Supporting profit-sharing retrospective programs, the full-time remote Participation Accounting Analyst will manage account administration, reconciliation, and reporting while ensuring compliance and exceptional service to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Administer and reconcile profit-sharing retrospective program accounts for accuracy and completeness Calculate and validate profit-sharing payouts in accordance with contractual agreements Analyze financial and operational data to monitor program performance and identify discrepancies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 1-2 years of accounting, finance, financial analysis, or program analysis experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience interpreting financial data and performing account reconciliations Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting practices
