This position is built for someone who knows how to investigate a prospect’s situation, uncover meaningful business problems, and guide the buyer toward the solution that genuinely fits.We are an email-focused company serving established DTC, e-commerce, health, wellness, and online brands. Upsender helps businesses improve deliverability, reconnect with dormant subscribers, strengthen campaigns and automation, and generate additional revenue from audiences they have already acquired.Upsender currently supports more than 30 brands that collectively send over 44 million emails each month. Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience across email marketing, deliverability, copywriting, infrastructure, and revenue optimization and has managed hundreds of client email lists.Who This Role Is ForWe are seeking a closer with a documented history of closing at least seven figures in total sales. Relevant backgrounds include B2B services, SaaS, marketing, consulting, and other high-value solutions.You should be comfortable conducting remote conversations by Zoom or phone and capable of leading discovery rather than simply delivering a memorized pitch. Strong diagnostic questioning, professional objection handling, thoughtful follow-up, and personal accountability are important to this role.Because Upsender can provide different solutions depending on the prospect’s situation, you must be able to sell consultatively instead of forcing every company into the same package. You should also be comfortable reviewing recorded calls, receiving coaching, and applying feedback quickly in a performance-driven sales environment.The Solutions You Will RepresentUpsender offers both an email platform and a white-glove email management service.The Upsender Platform includes expert-managed deliverability, domain and IP warming, advanced segmentation, email automation and customer journeys, real-time engagement and revenue analytics, and responsive support from experienced email professionals.Our white-glove service can include daily email broadcasts, copywriting and split-testing, deliverability monitoring and repair, domain and IP reputation management, automation and autoresponder optimization, dormant-subscriber reactivation, offer and revenue optimization, and performance reporting.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will speak with qualified business owners and marketing leaders to understand their products, email lists, existing platforms, sending activity, and revenue objectives. From there, you will identify issues involving areas such as deliverability, engagement, segmentation, automation, and monetization.The goal is to determine whether the Upsender platform, the managed email service, or a customized engagement makes sense for the prospect. You will explain the relevant value clearly, present pricing and service options, answer questions, handle objections professionally, and ask for the sale when the opportunity is a legitimate fit.You will also follow up with qualified prospects who need additional time, maintain accurate pipeline notes, share useful feedback about the sales process, and submit call recordings for coaching and review.Sales Support and TrainingUpsender provides a differentiated email service backed by measurable client outcomes, along with a customized sales framework and closer script.
