As part-time 15-25 hour per week, you will be working some of the following shifts:

• WEEKDAYS (Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday): 5pm-9pm
• WEEKENDS (Friday & Saturday): 5pm-10pm

Your role at Lovecraft includes the following job responsibilities of a busser, food runner and barback. Each role should be performed with a great attitude, quickness and efficiency. At no time should you sacrifice doing a task quickly, but compromise quality. 

This role also requires you to learn how to prioritize duties on-the-fly and to always survey the surroundings and be aware of all the functions of the restaurant as many things will be occurring at the same time. You may be performing one task, then asked to do something else that takes priority over that task.

BUSSER
Bussers are important to the running of a restaurant because they keep the dining tables clean and presentable. They also pay close attention to diners and inform the waitstaff when anyone needs something or they attend to it themselves. This excellent service keeps diners coming back.

FOOD RUNNER
The responsibilities and duties of a Food Runner center around their ability to deliver food correctly to the customers who ordered it.

BARBACK
Barbacks work behind-the-scenes to support bartenders and waiters during their shift. They also assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
