Position Overview

The Warehouse Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately counting, tracking, and recording warehouse inventory to support smooth operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow written instructions with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Counting — Perform accurate physical counts of products, materials, and stock items across warehouse locations.
• Data Recording — Document counts clearly and efficiently using inventory sheets, scanners, or digital tools.
• Label Reading — Read product labels, item numbers, and location tags with clarity and accuracy.
• Warehouse Movement — Walk warehouse floors, move between aisles, and stand for extended periods while completing counts.
• Discrepancy Reporting — Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect stock immediately.
• Workspace Maintenance — Keep counting areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Instruction Compliance — Follow written English instructions for count procedures, labeling, and documentation.
  

Requirements

• Education — High school diploma preferred.
• Experience — Prior inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
• Math Skills — Strong basic math abilities for counting, addition, and verification.
• Attention to Detail — Ability to spot discrepancies, read labels accurately, and maintain precise records.
• English Fluency — Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Physical Capability — Ability to stand for long periods, walk continuously, bend frequently, and lift as needed.
• Reliability — Consistent attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to follow structured processes.
  

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking individuals who can remain on their feet for extended periods, count inventory accurately and efficiently, and read and understand English with ease. Experience with inventory counting is preferred but not required for fast learners with strong attention to detail.
