Compliance Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE We are partnering with a highly regarded investment-focused organization seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its growing compliance team. This opportunity offers exposure to a sophisticated trading environment and supports regulatory oversight across a broad range of investment and operational activities. This hybrid role (3 days in-office) is based in New York City and provides the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams including legal, trading, operations, and technology. The position offers hands‑on involvement in both daily compliance matters and broader strategic regulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment where collaboration and problem‑solving are essential. RESPONSIBILITIES Regulatory Oversight & Reporting Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and required reporting across multiple jurisdictions Support ongoing compliance obligations related to global regulatory requirements and internal governance standards Monitoring & Controls Develop, maintain, and review automated compliance monitoring reports and surveillance tools Monitor business activity to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations Help identify control gaps and support remediation efforts to strengthen the compliance framework Cross-Functional Support Partner with legal and compliance stakeholders to provide support across business units Collaborate with trading, operations, and technology teams on compliance-related matters and issue resolution Program Enhancement & Initiatives Contribute to the enhancement of compliance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities Support ongoing regulatory change initiatives and implementation of new compliance requirements Assist with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives across the compliance function QUALIFICATIONS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Prior compliance, regulatory, or financial services experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
