Senior Manager of Legal Innovation

About the job Our client, one of the world’s most prestigious Am Law firms, is seeking a Senior Manager of Legal Innovation to spearhead AI strategy and legal technology initiatives across its nationally recognized Litigation practice. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity to drive innovation, enhance attorney workflows, and partner directly with firm leadership on the future of AI-enabled legal services. This role will be hybrid & can be based in NYC, Chicago, D.C. or LA. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of Legal Innovation Attorneys supporting the Litigation practice. Drive the firm’s AI and legal technology strategy, identifying opportunities to improve legal workflows, efficiency, and client service. Partner with Litigation attorneys, Practice Group Leadership, Knowledge Management, and Technology teams to implement innovative solutions. Design and deliver AI training programs, workshops, and adoption initiatives while measuring engagement and business impact. Evaluate emerging legal technologies and champion responsible AI adoption across the practice. Qualifications: J.D. and active U.S. Bar admission required. 10+ years of legal experience, including practicing attorney experience. 3+ years of leadership experience managing professional teams. Background in legal innovation, legal technology, knowledge management, AI, or practice innovation within a law firm or professional services environment. Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and change management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Buchanan
