Client Success Manager Member of the Client Success Team Job Summary Katapult is a leading software development firm specializing in engineering solutions that provide reliable utilities for people. We are specifically looking for a Client Success Manager who will serve as the primary relationship owner with Katapult Pro clients. You will drive client health, platform adoption, and revenue growth by applying segment‑specific strategies, building trusted partner relationships, and connecting clients with the right Katapult Pro resources at the right time. Your ability to understand client workflows and business objectives, identify expansion opportunities, and execute clear handoffs to our services team will be critical to your impact. The job will be full‑time and in person at Katapult's office in Dillsburg, PA. Expected Job Roles Engage with Katapult Pro clients using segment‑specific strategy Build client trust by developing thorough understanding of their workflows, how they use the platform, and what they're ultimately working to achieve Own the opportunity pipeline from identification through handoff to Katapult Pro services Accountable for client health across the full lifecycle, responding to at‑risk signals and expansion triggers Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, translating platform usage trends into demonstrated ROI and strategic recommendations Serve as the voice of the client internally, providing feedback to product and development teams on unmet needs Drive adoption of new platform features and workflows across the client base Guide clients through onboarding and initial project setup, with a clear path towards continuous improvement in how they use the platform over time Qualifications Experience in customer success, account management, or a related client‑facing role Confidence in communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage at multiple levels of a client organization Ability to interpret platform usage data and translate it into actionable client strategies Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Tenacity towards understanding client needs and over delivering on expectations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with common business tools (CRM systems, project management software, documentation platforms) Experience in utility engineering and telecommunications industries is a plus Experience with SaaS platforms and client onboarding processes is a plus Compensation and Benefits Quarterly bonus system Profit sharing Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave, family care leave, parental leave, & jury duty) Additional weekly PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short and long‑term disability insurance Office snacks and drinks, salad bar, and ramen bar Access to outdoor and indoor activities for breaks during the day #J-18808-Ljbffr
