Senior Agency Counsel, Tax Incentives & Housing

City of New York's Department of Housing Preservation and Development seeks an Executive Agency Counsel to provide senior legal advice on tax exemptions, abatements, and related admin matters. You will draft legislation, review City and State laws, liaise with the Law Department, and support TIHSD on litigation and policy issues.
