Restaurant Zone Manager

Position: Restaurant Zone Manager (Full Time) Location: 203 South Providence Road, Columbia, MO 65203 Pay range: $18–$18.75 per hour. Job Overview The Restaurant Zone Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture within one restaurant zone. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, managing zones, directing crew, ensuring customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting reward programs. Key Responsibilities Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift. Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards. Manages assigned zone according to operations and safety standards. Uses required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action when needed. Directs crew members during a shift. Provides exemplary customer service. Supports the execution of reward and recognition programs for crew members. Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions). Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and that the facility is in good working order. Completes other duties as assigned. Requirements Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing. Self‑driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively. Can recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems. Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for training. Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs. 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience.
