Role Overview The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform in support of business initiatives. This role partners with platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions. What You Will Do Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, assist with upgrades, and stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies. Requirements 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer Experience developing in ITSM, Service Portals, Flow Designer, Workflow, Virtual Agent Topics, Integration Hub, Application integrations using APIs, web services, scripts, transform maps, etc. Scoped Applications, Scripting in ServiceNow, Test Management and ATFITOM: Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping 1+ years as member of an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban team Broad general knowledge of IT infrastructure topology Knowledge of the ITIL framework, ServiceNow CSDM model, and database fundamentals Strong communication skills, AI prompt engineering skills, and knowledge of database fundamentals #J-18808-Ljbffr
