• Conduct a variety of standard and sophisticated clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyadhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the integrity of test results by correcting errors and maintaining lab equipment through routine checks and calibrations.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Keep thorough records of procedures, mentor newcomers, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.
• Maintain a tidy and compliant workspace, meeting all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) expected within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.

• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills, essential for effective teamwork.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
