• Assemble, manufacture, and package products in a cleanroom environment
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Perform production and packaging tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working overtime when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
