Job Overview Lead Dentist (Managing Clinical Director) at Aspen Dental. Position: Full-time Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year, plus Signing Incentive of $25,000 and Relocation Stipend of $7,500. Location-specific offers available. Responsibilities Lead a patient‑centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership. Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions. Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients. Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency. Maintain awareness of the budget and work with Operations to achieve financial objectives. Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire team of dental professionals. Keep up‑to‑date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development. Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community.
