Inventory Specialist

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Inventory Specialist on behalf of our client, a well-established company. This is an on-site temp to hire opportunity in Rockland, Massachusetts. The Inventory Specialist will play a key role in tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations. PERKS Competitive pay up to $25/hour based on experience Stable Monday–Friday schedule in a collaborative team environment Opportunity for long‑term growth within a well‑established organization Hands‑on role combining inventory management, warehouse operations, and administrative support RESPONSIBILITIES Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory verification Maintain and update inventory records, researching and resolving discrepancies Prepare inventory documentation, reports, and supporting records Assist with inventory audits and reporting initiatives Support data entry, filing, and general administrative functions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency QUALIFICATIONS Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a warehouse and operational environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position offers a starting pay rate of up to $25/hour, with flexibility based on experience.
