Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a Promotional Marketing Specialist to join our Cincinnati team.

In this role, you will help execute promotional marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support our clients' growth objectives. You will work directly with customers and team members in a fast-paced, people-focused environment while developing valuable skills in marketing, communication, campaign strategy, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of promotional marketing campaigns
• Represent client brands professionally during promotional activities and customer interactions
• Communicate key product, service, and campaign information clearly and effectively
• Engage with customers to create positive and memorable brand experiences
• Support strategies designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Monitor customer feedback and provide useful insights to the team
• Help maintain consistent brand messaging throughout promotional campaigns
• Participate in campaign meetings, training sessions, and team development activities
• Develop a strong understanding of client brands, products, services, and target audiences
