Job Skills / Requirements We are seeking a professional and dependable Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in Stafford, TX. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Salary $22.00 per hour The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of receptionist or administrative experience and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage front desk operations and routine administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Assist with general office support as needed Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and clients Requirements Minimum of 3 years of receptionist or similar administrative experience (required) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently and maintain a professional environment Must be able to pass applicable background and employment requirements TX #B14072 Education Requirements (All) GED or H.S.
